Home Plan Description

The Scarbrough is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrom split bedroom home design with all the spaces your family will need. The Scarbrough features a formal dining room and living room/study both featuring custom columns and archways at the openings. Volume ceilings in the living room, dining room, and great room add an open and airy feeling helps the home to work wonderfully when you entertain. The Scarbrough's optional bonus room can be built with or without a full bathroom making this space as flexible as you need. The Owner's bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, tray ceiling, the optional Konter luxury bath that includes cultured marble jetted tub and separate stall shower.
