Customer Service Director Marcy Konter establishes this rapport at the time of contract with a personal meeting to guide you through our process. Our customers find it comfortable dealing with an owner of the company, and appreciate the personal service provided by her from point of sale and continuing throughout the warranty program.

The Konter Homes approach to service is unique in the industry. Customers are not required to complete a lengthy service request form, nor are they reduced to waiting for predetermined repair time lines to receive action on a service request. Customer concerns are conveyed by simply lifting the phone or sending an email.
